Overview:
LenderHomePage.com asked me to provide a marketing portfolio, create a pitch and a 5 minute product demo from beginning to credit card. I decided to provide scripts for phone calls, SMS, email, and Direct Messenger for pitches to invite people to a Facebook event and will use Zoom Webinar to require an Opt-In to attend (which also automates reminders to the call and tracks who signed up and who shows up).
Problem the client needed solving:
LenderHomePage.com needs to hire a SaaS Account Executive (Mid-Market) - Mortgage Tech but also has other positions and departments that need seats filled. After several interviews, candidates are asked to provide a marketing portfolio, a pitch, a 5 minute demo, and a list of references.
Solution I provided:
I created a marketing portfolio found at lawrencele.com highlighting my sales, marketing, and other various skills and professional experience.
I provided a "mock up" in this marketing portfolio to present my "pitch" for LenderHomePage.com in various communications mediums that could be found in this case study and how and when I would use them.
I will provide a recorded "video demo" from beginning to credit card uploaded to YouTube so I can post it on this case study but also leverage for future replays (utilizing keyword and SEO to optimize the video for YouTube and Google's search engine using Keywords Everywhere, TubeBuddy, vidIQ, and Headline Studio). I will also provide a call to action in the video description just in case someone sees the video and wants more information or is ready to sign up.
