This client attended one of my in-person coaching seminars and learned how to generate his own leads. Then he signed up for my SaaS product and was able to convert a total of 710 leads using different campaigns with up to a 52% rate and 15.85% conversion rate on Zillow, LendingTree, Boom Town, Follow Up Boss, Realty.com and Facebook leads. This lead to others in his company signing up.

I crafted and implemented a follow-up drip campaign using SMS and emails for a loan officer. She increased her loan volume from 4 loans a month to 8 in the first month, 12 in the second month, and is now at 14 loans while adding realtor partners. I helped a brand-new real estate agent establish their first social media presence and trained them on effective usage. Within about 3 months, they generated hundreds of leads, secured several buyers, and achieved 11 listings. Additionally, they directly engaged with over 20 prospects interested in buying or selling their homes.

Recruited an Entire Real Estate Team

I developed a comprehensive marketing campaign for a mortgage team that included social media marketing, lead generation, and automated lead distribution. As a result, they successfully recruited an entire real estate team and continue to maintain business relationships from that campaign even four years later.

100K Member Facebook Group for Organic Retail Audience

I built a Facebook Page and 100K member Facebook Group of Texans for my client who sells Texas themed apparel. To get early members to join, I developed a plan to use Facebook Paid Ads Platform to garner likes and follows on the page and invited them to the group. A large portion of her sales comes organically from these members even 4 years after launch.
