I created a follow-up drip campaign using SMS and emails as a SaaS product for this loan officer. Her loan volume went from 4 loans a month to 8 in the first month, 12 in the second month, and is now at 14 loans while adding realtor partners. This lead to the opportunity to sign up every loan officer at her company.
I boosted company-wide loan production by 20% within one month by introducing and implementing a new database marketing strategy using a SaaS product. This strategy was applied to over 40 loan officers, setting a record for overall production in the company's 35-year history.
This client attended one of my in-person coaching seminars and learned how to generate his own leads. Then he signed up for my SaaS product and was able to convert a total of 710 leads using different campaigns with up to a 52% rate and 15.85% conversion rate. The site was, well, far from impressive. It was a single page with a white background (much like this one), featuring only a JPEG of the company’s logo, their physical address, phone number, and email (which wasn’t even hyperlinked). That was it.
But the client didn’t care. Why? Because they had something their competitors didn’t—a digital marketing asset in the ’90s. I listened to their needs, executed to spec, and delivered exactly what they asked for. They loved it.
